1. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final and non-refundable. No cancellations, returns, or exchanges will be accepted once an order is placed.

 

2. Delivery Confirmation

Once an order has been delivered by drop-off or Uber package, it is considered complete. We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage after delivery has been confirmed.

 

3. Processing Time

Orders are prepared and delivered based on the timeframe discussed. Delays may occur due to uncontrollable factors, but we will keep you updated.

 

4. Replacement Policy

Replacements are offered as a courtesy when eligible and may require a fee. Approval is not guaranteed.

 

5. Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback or dispute after your order has been confirmed or delivered violates our policy. Any fraudulent activity may result in a permanent ban.

We document all deliveries, drop-offs, and customer communications as proof in the event of any payment dispute.

 

6. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete details.
