What colors and sizes do you offer?We offer many colors and sizes from XS to XXL. Some colors or sizes may only be available through pre-orders. Follow us on social media for updates on availability.

When will I receive my hoodie?Once your hoodie finishes production, it is shipped to the US and then shipped directly to you. •Please allow 3-4 days (or less) for shipping once it arrives in the US.

How does the hoodie ordering process work?We use a batch production system to ensure every hoodie is custom-made and of the highest quality. Orders are taken in two batches: •Batch 1: Orders placed from the 1st to the 15th. •Batch 2: Orders placed from the 16th to the 31st. After each batch closes, hoodies go into production and are delivered according to the schedule below: •Batch 1: Delivered around the 5th of the following month. •Batch 2: Delivered around the 20th of the following month.

Do you keep inventory in stock?To keep costs low and offer more variety, we only produce hoodies when they’re paid for. Occasionally, we may have popular colors and sizes on hand—check our Shop for current stock.

Why does it take time to receive my hoodie?Every hoodie is made-to-order to keep costs low and ensure you get exactly what you want. This process eliminates waste and ensures we can offer a variety of sizes and colors. We appreciate your patience while your hoodie is custom-made just for you!

Can I change my order after placing it?Unfortunately, once production begins, orders cannot be modified. Please double-check your size, color, and other details before completing your purchase.
